Easily Earn Points
It’s easy to earn points. Register for the Fire and Oak loyalty program, verify your email, verify your phone number and shop. You earn points whether you shop in-store or online once you’re a verified loyalty program member.
Loyalty Benefits
Spend more, get more. Our loyalty tiers track lifetime points to reward you more with each visit. Spending points does not decrease your reward tier. To check your points, login to your loyalty account, access your profile and select the “Loyalty” menu option.
Tiers:
Trailblazer (0 – 999 points) – Earn 1 point per dollar spent.
Craft Explorer (1000 – 2999 points) – Earn 1.1 points per dollar spent.
Connoisseur (3000 – 4999 points) – Earn 1.2 points per dollar spent.
FAO Elite (5000+ points) – Earn 1.5 points per dollar spent.
In addition to accumulating points, verified loyalty members receive periodic special offers, exclusive access to product drops, and other loyalty only perks.
Rewards
The quickest and easiest way to redeem your points is online. When you are eligible for a reward, log into your account, place an order, select your reward from the drop down, and check out. You can decide to pay online via ACH or pay in-store via cash or debit. Rewards can be redeemed in-store as well, just let your favorite Cannabis Concierge know that you want to redeem points, and they will take care of you.
Reward points can be redeemed in the following denominations:
200 points = $5 OFF
400 points = $10 OFF
800 points = $20 OFF
1000 points = $25 OFF
